Kemnal Park embodies a property where every detail suits its residents down to the ground.
Our clients wanted to expand and modernise their home, making it more livable and suitable for the whole family. That meant a larger kitchen-dining area with unobstructed views out to the garden, a new pantry and snug area, and an on-trend office to enhance the work-from-home experience.
And that’s just on the ground floor. Upstairs, we added a master bedroom and ensuite, with vaulted ceilings and generous windows to admire stunning garden views.
A seamless extension
This two-storey extension had been pre-designed — with colour schemes already in place — but Heronlake was called in to take care of the structural work.
The objective was to use feature brickwork, making sure everything matched the existing property. From brickwork around the gable to exposed brick inside, everything was to blend beautifully.
Personalised design choices, inside & out
Most of the client’s design choices were made to support their lifestyle and family. We just made it happen.
As part of the project, we repositioned a pergola to make way for the new extension, installed windows that extended into corners to maximise views, and created a patio area with stone walling so the family could spend more time outdoors.
The final result? A spacious, modern home that’s full of personality.
