Our commercial client needed a new toilet, lobby area and more space in general to enhance the existing community hall. It was important that all alterations met the needs of disabled people in the area, from a washroom with disabled facilities to prioritising access to the building.

Because of the nature of this project, each stage needed sign-off by a funding team. This called for multiple iterations of the quote and we suggested value engineering methods throughout, to keep every member of the team feeling confident in the process.

Unexpected delays (including COVID) meant we had to stay flexible and always be ready to jump back in where we left off.
